Donations go directly to people living in Orleans and Genesee County who need a little extra help.
Donate gently used furniture and home furnishings.
Our furniture program will pick up donated essential home furnishings to give to people in need. Beds, dressers, kitchen tables and chairs, sofas and loveseats, and electrical appliances are usually needed.
Donate gift cards
Many times people come to us with a variety of needs that we can't supply from our "back room" that houses donations of personal care products and miscellaneous household items such as mops, pails, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. A gift card can help fill in the gaps when we don't have what is needed.
Donate gifts for our Christmas/holiday shopping event for local families.
We are hosting a "shopping day" so that local families with limited means can select from donated items for Christmas presents for their children. For information on the ages of children participating and requested items call Ayesha at 585-589-9210.
